Agentation Issue Tracking Enhanced with Strict Data Sanitization

We are continuously improving our development environment tools to ensure that clinic managers and developers get the most accurate, reliable reporting possible.

Recently, a telemetry issue in the development environment prevented some highly technical application logs from reaching our Telegram mission control due to strict parsing requirements on specific diagnostic characters (like brackets). This meant some annotations were silently dropped, hindering our debugging capabilities.

To fix this, we have introduced a new HTML escaping pipeline in our Agentation webhooks. This automatically sanitizes all captured elements, CSS classes, and raw console errors before they are routed to the relevant Telegram forum topics. Now, no matter how complex the bug or the system log, the full diagnostic context will reliably reach the development UI comments topic for immediate triage.
