When a doctor or receptionist logs into Medizys, they need the dashboard to load instantaneously. To achieve the absolute fastest Time to First Byte (TTFB) possible, we have deployed Partial Prerendering (PPR) to the Medizys Patient Dashboard.

Instantaneous Dashboard Shells

By leveraging React Server Components at the Edge, we now serve a static "shell" of the dashboard the millisecond a user navigates to the page. While the user perceives the page as fully loaded, their personalized, secure queue data streams in behind the scenes using boundaries.

Intelligent Image Optimization

We've also overhauled how we serve medical imagery, avatars, and static assets. By integrating directly with Cloudflare Images, every image on Medizys is now automatically intercepted at the edge.

  • Format Negotiation: Images are dynamically converted to next-gen formats like WebP or AVIF based on the user's browser.

  • On-the-fly Resizing: We never serve a 4K image to a mobile device. The edge resizes the image to the exact dimensions required by the UI.
