Independent Cabin Token Sequencing: Zero Cross-Room Sequence Spillover in Healthcare Centers

In multi-specialty clinics and outpatient centers, managing patient flow across multiple consultation rooms is a common challenge. When all rooms share a single global token counter, a patient entering Cabin 2 might be handed Token #18 even if they are the very first patient waiting for that doctor. This causes immense confusion, as patients wonder why earlier numbers are being called in adjacent rooms.

Medizys has deployed Independent Station-Isolated Token Sequences & Doctor Station Priority.

1. Autonomous Per-Cabin Token Numbering

Each consultation room now runs an isolated sequence counter. Whether it is Cabin 1, Mohan Prasad's Cabin, or Room 3, every doctor's patient list begins at Token #1 and increments cleanly. Patients know their exact position in their designated doctor's queue without worrying about numbers called in neighboring rooms.

2. Strict Doctor Station Priority

When physicians log in to their consultation cockpit, their profile-assigned cabin is automatically prioritized as their primary workspace. Walk-ins and check-ins generated from their desk route seamlessly into their dedicated queue stream.

3. Clear Visual Feedback for Staff and Patients

Digital queue displays and doctor mobile interfaces display clean, cabin-scoped badges. Receptionists and triage coordinators can smoothly distribute patient loads without manual token recalculations.
