High-Performance Windows Infrastructure: Medizys Native CLI (mzs) Architecture

Healthcare IT ecosystems must operate without friction across diverse developer operating systems and clinical workstation environments. With modern hospital systems relying on Windows workstations for reception, doctor consoles, and telemetry hubs, developer operations and deployment pipelines must be first-class citizens on Windows.

With our latest platform update, we modernized the Medizys Unified CLI (mzs) with native Windows support, eliminating Unix-centric execution hurdles and delivering instant process orchestration.

1. Native Windows Command Shims

Developers on Windows no longer need to type complex Node wrapper commands or configure path aliases. The newly engineered mzs.cmd and mzs.ps1 native shims allow seamless invocation of mzs dev and mzs deploy directly from PowerShell, Windows Terminal, and Command Prompt.

2. Accurate Process-Tree Telemetry via CIM

Standard process querying tools on Windows only inspect top-level shell wrappers, masking the actual memory usage of Next.js and Cloudflare Worker runtimes. The upgraded telemetry engine queries Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI/CIM) in sub-300ms intervals, providing accurate parent-child process tree memory tracking without CPU overhead.

3. Infallible Edge Deployment Pipeline

Deployment retries now employ native non-blocking asynchronous timers rather than POSIX shell sleeps, and all mobile release scripts automatically bypass restricted PowerShell execution policies. This guarantees that clinical deployments execute reliably on any workstation configuration.
