We Listen to You
At Medizys, your time is precious, and we want to ensure you always find the closest available care when you need it most.
What We Fixed
Recently, some patients noticed that the search radius on the Careseeker Portal was including doctors far beyond the requested range. This was due to a legacy fallback setting that we have now successfully removed.
Why This Matters
When you set your discovery radius to 5km, we want to respect that exactly. This helps Clinic Managers streamline localized care distribution, helps Doctors see patients in their immediate vicinity, and most importantly, saves Patients from long commutes.
"Our mission is hyperlocal care, precision-engineered."
Enjoy a much more accurate, responsive search experience!
