New Space Scheduler Block Tool & Accurate Directory Timings

We are excited to bring two highly-requested quality of life improvements to Medizys!

1. Block and Postpone on the Fly

Clinic managers and doctors asked for a faster way to block off time when a doctor is delayed or an emergency comes up. The "Allocate Time" button in the Space Scheduler has been upgraded and is now the Block / Allocate tool.

2. Accurate Walk-in Timings

Our discovery directory is home to thousands of clinics. Previously, some clinics without published hours displayed generic fallback timings. We've updated the directory so that if a facility hasn't explicitly set its hours, it will clearly state: "Timings Unavailable. Please call to verify working hours." This ensures patients are never misled and can easily tap to call the reception desk instead.
