Streamlining Command Staff Operations in Mediqueue

As clinics scale, managing your staff and their permissions needs to be as efficient as possible. Feedback from our clinical partners highlighted that keeping "Team Access" hidden inside the general "Platform Settings" menu was adding unnecessary clicks to their day-to-day operations.

What's New: Centralized Staff Management

We've listened and optimized the navigation flow! The Team Access and Role Management capabilities have now been officially moved out of the general Profile Settings tab. You will now find them precisely where they belong: right alongside your active workforce in the Command Staff area of the dashboard.

This unified interface means that managing directory listings, tracking shifts, overseeing payroll, and now, configuring exact role-based access permissions, are all housed in one highly functional, centralized command center.

By eliminating the cognitive load of navigating to a separate settings page, this update saves managers crucial time, enabling a smoother, faster administrative workflow.
